Privacy policy
This policy explains how Strategic Acquisitions Inc. ("we", "us"), a company in British Columbia, Canada, handles personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
- Information you send us through our forms: your name, email address, the domain names, amounts and message you enter.
- Technical information with each form submission: a one-way hashed version of your IP address (we don't store the IP itself), your country as reported by our hosting provider, and your browser's user-agent string. We use these to prevent spam and abuse.
- Security check: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes limited technical data to do this under its own privacy policy.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don't set cookies of our own. Your light/dark mode choice is saved only in your own browser.
- We don't sell or rent personal information.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, to negotiate and complete domain transactions you start, to keep records required by law, and to protect the site from abuse.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which may process data outside Canada. Payments are handled by the platform you choose (for example Escrow.com or a registrar marketplace) under that platform's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to complete any resulting transaction, plus any period required for tax and legal records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you through our contact form. We handle requests in line with Canada's PIPEDA and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
