Listings and prices

• Listings are invitations to buy or make an offer, not binding offers. A sale is final only when payment is completed on one of the platforms named on this site, or under a written agreement.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. A name may sell or be withdrawn at any time; availability is confirmed when we accept your purchase or offer.
• Each payment platform's own terms apply to transactions made through it.

Transfers

We start the transfer within 24 hours of payment verification. Registry and registrar rules, including the 60-day inter-registrar lock, can affect when a domain can move to another registrar; we show the status for each domain in good faith based on registry and registrar data.

No warranties

Domain names are sold as they are. We don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, or that a name is free of third-party claims in every country. Buyers are responsible for checking that their intended use doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this site, the forms, or the machine-readable files: no spam, automated submissions, scraping that ignores robots.txt, or attempts to break security. Automated agents may read our public catalogue files, but every offer or purchase needs a human.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Strategic Acquisitions Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
